Thanks guys! I stayed in bed all day yesterday, and I did watch SGA. Season 1 Disc 2.
Now I have my laptop in bed with me trying to write a paper for school, but I wanted to say hi and try to catch up a bit. I swear this is the fastest moving thread on GW! And I love it!

I know what you feel about Sci fi this isn't a popular theme in France and it's pretty criticized.
I'm glad you keep on writing it's a great story. Yep, I'm almost positive she was pre-Ziva and Jenny, cause I remember Kate being there. I think it was 3 or 4 eps in total. She knew how to get under Tony's skin.

Hey it's kinda cool that there are so many NCIS fans on here as well. I read some of the other posts about this, and I think the first eps with Cassidy did have Kate.

and they took place at the prison where they were holding a terrorist that Cassidy was trying to get information out of or something. He was trying to murder one of the son in laws of Bin Laden (I think.)

Ohh... that's right!! I was thinking Cassy and not Cassady.

Umm, one of there first one was with her and Tony on a submarine. There's another where a serial killer, that is on death row, tries to torment Gibbs by not telling where the rest of the women he killed bodies are and he has a lawyer(?) that copies the serial killer and almost gets Cassady, but she kick his but instead.

They just played that episode as a repeat on USA network recently.

So, moving onto The Gift Okay, have to say that my favourite part of the ep is when Teyla hits Shep with the pole But thats the whumper in me I also love the cave scene, Shep's reaction when Teyla disapears

This is a fic based on the Vegas episode where our Sheppard meets the Vegas Sheppard. It's heartbreaking and a new twist on who the medic was. Beautifully written..

I know I've read a fic by her and enjoyed it. But I'm trying not to read other Vegas fics right now since I'm in the middle of mine. Already have 21 chapters done!

I wonder why they even bother... they didn't do anything with his character...all he became was the invisible babysitter..frankly they could have just tossed him out an airvent on the journey back to earth and be done with it.. simply a waste of space.. if you don't use it..get rid of it.. besides I found Teyla so darn boring around him.. John brings out the spark in her.. even in a simple friendship scene I saw beyond sun and the moon between John and Teyla.. while it's a big ZZZZzzzzzzzzzz fest to watch Teyla and Kanaan...I sure as heck don't get any loving feelings from her side towards him.. it's like two childhood friends being polite to eachother.. so I hope I don't see him..don't hear him in the movie..and I wont mind if they change their minds or just lied that he is there.. because frankly he is just as boring as watching paint dry..no no...wait even that is more entertaining... *snore*

I love that part as well in that epi... love how fiesty Teyla is...love how John pulls her away and holds her to him... it's amazing to so how protective he is of her and also cool at those times when he was face to face with Bates.. he called John out on letting his personal feeling get in the way... I mean heck the guy called that already early in the season

I love that scene.. one of my fav JT scenes... back when they were allowed to show feelings and didn't have the life sucked out of them...

I was here on GW looking over the Conversion transript for my fanfic and it is not one of the detailed reports, which was frustrating. But I did see some comments at the bottom of the page. This one caught my eye:

"Sheppard and Teyla have a very special friendship. Will it blossom into more? You'll have to wait and see. Be sure to watch episode eight: 'Conversion.'"

Sorry, I'm feeling cranky about how the S/W people have been acting. We never bash their ship, why do they have to be so nasty and completely bash ours? The one that writers and producers have admitted on the DVD extras was the only ship that was going to be canon??

Yeah he seemed to be...then he is a huge McKay fan and then enter Keller and his dreams was set..sadly.. it's like only the geek squad got something in the end.. not very well done...

I COMPLETELY agree!!

It never even occurred to me to not like the Sparky ship! I've read some really good Sparky fanfic and enjoyed it. Never thought about bashing it, just liked J/T better and felt it was closer to canon. But that was my opinion, and other opinions were just fine!

But I admit I am really upset by them now. I haven't been on the thread long, but talking to others, people around here don't bash other ships cruelly (though some might be done a bit in jest), and I like that there is no nastiness! I have my favs, and if you've read my stories you've certainly seen them (LOL) but I also feel others should totally have the right to enjoy theirs! There should be respect for other people!

Okay, still ranting a bit - sorry!! And thanks for letting me rant here guys!
