I never realized how cold it actually can get down there, but when I lived there briefly a girl told me that's the best time for them to harvest Navel oranges. I never knew that before.

Yeah, we occasional get freezes. It ruined the strawberry crop a few years back. It was really cold last night and it is supposed to be in the thirties tonight and tomorrow. Luckily I packed warm clothes when I packed for school.

I have a friend that lives in Mascott and she's told of times when there is like ice on the road, so I know it's pretty cold.
