Teyla Vs. SciFi

As the team stepped out of the gate onto another world, they were greeted by a man in a suit and tie.

“Hi!” He said. “I represent the SciFi channel, and it is with my deepest condolences that I'm here to inform you that your show's been canceled,” he said, his happy tone entirely incongruous with his words.

The team started at the suited individual in shock.

“You did what?!” John exclaimed.

“We canceled your show. After all, it was only doing just as good, if not better, than last season.”

The team's mouths gaped in unison as the executive continued.

“Besides, we've got something better in store! Something that should please the younger viewers!”

"And what is that, pray tell?!” Rodney said.

“Well, it's just a working title right now . . . but we're thinking Stargate: Telletubbies.” The executive smiled and bounced on his toes in excitement.

“Wait a second. Let me get this straight here. You canceled our show . . . so you could cater to toddlers.” John did not seem pleased.

“Well, I wouldn't put it that way, but . . . yeah, I guess so.”

“All right. I've heard enough.” John turned to Teyla. “Take him out.”

A slightly evil grin crossed Teyla's face at his words. Silently, she removed her P-90 and tactical vest, then walked menacingly toward the executive.

“Her?! Pfft.” The man rolled his eyes. “ She's a minor character,” he said in a condescending tone.

“Hold up a sec, Teyla,” John said. She turned briefly toward him. “Make sure you do a really good job.”

She smiled again.

A short time later, Teyla walked back toward the team, wiped a stray strand of hair from her eyes, and put her tactical vest back on.

“Ready to go? She asked brightly.

“Hold on a sec,” John replied, watching the executive crawl off, cradling several parts of his anatomy and bawling for his mommy. “I want to make sure he gets to where he's going.”

The executive accidentally crawled to a ledge and fell off into the gorge below, screaming like a little girl.

“Yep, we're ready to go now,” John said with a smile.

As they headed back to the gate, Ronon grinned.

“What is it?” Teyla asked.

“That guy screams like McKay,” Ronon replied.

“What?! He most certainly does not!!” Rodney said indignantly.

John and Teyla smiled and stifled a chuckle, happy just to be together on a beautiful day. Nobody could stop their team. Especially not silly little men in suits.

I was gonna work on Elfies birthday pressie but PSP decided it didn't want to work UHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......It's doin me freakin head in...I think it's a runtime error....I think it has something to do with the ISScript 11 but i dunno how to fix the problem...I tried deleting the file and reinstalling it but it's just the same...I dunno what to do now
