Yes. John and Teyla have had chemistry from the get go. As have Sam and Jack.

I think the decision was made to make JT more like SJ - because I watched COTG today and Sam and Jack are quite flirty... As they spend more time together (both ships I mean) their relationships change... they come to "care" about one another, more than they should and more than they know. SO they can't flirt because it's dangerous and because they're past that. They don't need to flirt because they know there is something between them.

Despite what those pesky Shepp/Weirs and Sam/Dan's think.

I like the comparison against Sam and Jack, I can see the similarities with the growth of the realationship between them.

Well i quite like Keller/Ronon But Keller/Rodney did have way more chemistry than Katie/Rodney,i mean i was bored to tears with it,i almost died of boredom......Mind you Rodney and Carson had more chem than Katie/Rodney so yeah.....

i'm a closet rodney/carson fan. I can't ship either of them with anyone else REALLY because they are... well, they're Rodney and Carson.

Yeah I know. As I said, I was watching COTG today and when Sam comes in and they are facing each other off from across the briefing table, I couldn't help but think of the fight scene in Hot Zone and the looks John and Teyla were exchanging: the eyebrows, smirks etc.

I just hope JT actually gets an ending, as opposed to the constant wonder of Sam and Jack, lol.

Yup,i'm the same...It doesn't work so well if there's no chemistry between them whatsoever...Hello Katie and Rodney anyone,that had about as much chemistry as damp squid,that's probably why i found it so boring,excrutiating even...They were just trying too hard for something that just wasn't ever there in the first place....

Now the same can't be said for Jack/Sam and John/Teyla,they've got so much chemistry that it's in danger of going Nuclear

John and Teyla are really what got me into shipping.. their very first encounter got me sitting up and saying .. hello!! WOW... those two are just made for one another... and I'm not usually the romantic or sappy type.. I don't think this has EVER happened to me before and besides John and Teyla I have never seen this between any of the other pairings. John and Teyla always had a kind of sizzling chemistry between each other and its obvious that they find each other attractive and are very comfortable in each others presence.. there has always been an undercurrant to their relationship and it's always been more than friendship.

As I said before as much as I enjoyed the friendship between Shep/Weir there was no romantic spark whatsover between them. They were great with the easy going banter but there was never anything else between them. You can see the difference between Shep and Teyla.. and if I may say so without getting things hurled at me, it was also there between John and Chaya... I thought they also had that spark and that romantic attraction.

Rodney/Kate was abysmal... no spark and no chemistry.. in fact Quarantine was kinda embarrassing. I don't think the chemistry is as good between Ronon and Keller as it is between John and Teyla but there is something sweet between them and I think it could grow on me more and more... but other that these two I can't think of any other pairing I would like to see in a romantic capacity.
