    just a fly by post just to say i opened a new thread in the fun and games section its just for fun and i put it for all shippers as not to offnd anyone so if you want to post your pics and vote then go ahead remember its just for fun and its the first to 50 the thread is called favourite ships episode pics

      Hello ladies! I saw 'First Strike' last night. It was awesome. Not many J/T scenes though. The scene with Ronan, Teyla, and John on the balcony discussing the Fantastic Four was really funny.

              I guess by dishing things like this out,,makes them feel better...seems like some live on trying to destroy for other people... I've gotten so tired of it I just let it fly over my head... it's their problem not mine... I have the attitude to give things a chance before I comment... SGA isn't and wont be the last show to face changes... if some can't handle it..let it go then and let others enjoy it if they want... but hey whatever floats their boat...I don't give a damn anymore..For me SGA has always been John, Teyla, Ronon and Rodney,,,the rest is recurring in my eyes... you can't make great storylines for 6 main character + recurring... if some can't handle SGA being about the core team..then well whatever... I'm not listening anymore..
              I'm for example watching CSI New York...one of my very favorites... they did a cast change already in season 2...did I stop watching...hell no...did I nag about the new girl...hell no... I actually found the changes better... and from what little I've seen and heard about season 4...it's gotten my intrest and I'll still be there until the day the storytelling itself starts lacking alot,,then and only then I might decide to walk away..but even then I wouldn't give the rest of the fans grief over it...

                I can understand if the gentleman who submitted is upset. But, I myself could
                not just send a letter like this just saying get rid of the show. The TPtb some
                times make us crazy. I admit it, I did not want the Carter character on Atlantis.
                But, after thinking about and reading some the different view points of pros and
                cons she can bring to the show, I am kinda looking forward to see what happens
                with the change. I am especially interested on how it is going to effect JT. That
                is what keeps my interest in SGA. It's good t.v.!!

                      Completely agree. SGA is all about the team dynamic. And, personally, I liked SG-1 series 8, 9 + 10...

                        That's the thing..not everyone hate changes...
                        I loved RDA..and his role O'Neill...did I give up on SG1 just because he left..of course not..I gave it a chance... and it has been enough to have kept my intrest during those seasons as well...

                        The storytelling in SGA..is darker then SG1..especially in season 3..and it seems to keep the darker turn in season 4 as well... what from what I've heard of some episodes...they sound really great... J/T is and always will be my main favorites when it comes to characters... and through all storylines and the awesome moments between J/T and the deep bond between them,,,and their great onscreen chemistry is a reason to why I'm so invested in these characters..

                        now if they haven't been portrayed in a great way,,,I don't think I would have been so invested in them... I have to like the storylines around the people to like them,,to believe what they are saying,, to feel the things around them... I do that with SGA which gives me that,, they give me a good story to make me want to come back and experience what these characters are going through...

                        If I had given up on every show because of cast changes or whatever...then I would have stopped looking at many serier over the years...since I can't remember a single one that hasn't made some changes along the line..

                        So I say long live J/T and SGA !!!

                              Hey girl...the thread you opened in the Fun And Games... is that to post a pic lets say J/T from Sateda... but we can also chose like have a pic of J/T from Rising...??? saw that some are wondering in that thread what to do... but I'm guessing it's ...1 vote per day for one couple in whatver episode they choose...or am I on some goose chase here *lol*
