Arlessiar remember when we talked about Australian's on SGA? You said someone might have had an Australian Insignia on one of the "Extras" arms. Well I found it and it is New Zealand's flag. Australia's has 6 white stars while New Zealand has 4 stars and they are boarded in red. See. She is a Kiwi.



I want an Australian on SGA. We could send Andy Thomas.

I'm not really sure, I thought it was on this thread, and I mentioned it on another one, but I really can't remember where. It must have been around the end of July/beginning of August though.

Um, glad you know the Australian flag when you see it, but believe me on the other Forums there were so many who didn't know the difference between the NZ and Australian flags.

OK, I have to admit that I'm really interested in such things, so maybe that's an advantage. My Dad taught me flags and geography when I was a kid and the atlas was always of high interest for me.
And if I'm a fan of something I can get a little strange and look up everything that has to do with it, and since I was a "Flying doctors" and a "Lord of the rings" fan I also read a lot about Australia and NZ. And my uncle lived in Australia for some time, so this land is also somehow a part of my family life.
Isn't Princess Mary of Denmark from Tasmania? I really adore her.

Oh he is looking so lovely in this pic! I love his little smile. I mean, it's ok if he's snarky, that's a vital part of the phenomenon that is Rodney McKay, but I really adore him in these moments when he is just happy and smiling!

I'm on dial-up but the videos have always been worth the wait. Especially Derry's. Thank you!!!! I suppose the Cars are oldies by now. But I don't blame your age. I think it all depends on what music kids are exposed to while they're growing up. My 19 yr old son has always loved the Beatles more than the music he grew up with.

Glad you loved the vid. I think of all the vids I've ever seen, that has got to be my fave coz it has the most smiling Rodneys!

I have heard of the Beatles- quite like them actually. I'm not well versed in 80s music but I know my classical very well (for a younger person). And yes, I do know what vinyl/records are...

I really think that McKay is different than other thunkable characters - he isn't an ordinary guy. He is good looking, yes. But there is so much more about him one cannot see plainly. He's special. Rodney fangirls see much more in him than just the obvious. They are able to look beyond the snark! So this is for us, girls:
