                            Wouldn't surprise me at all if the higher-ups suspected something was going on between the two of them. With Lizzie threatening to go over their heads to the President to get Shep promoted so he could stay military commander, in spite of how she and Shep had butted heads in the year away from Earth, it'd be only natural for the brass to assume there was some hanky panky going on.

                                Which can be easier said than done... especially when you're talking about two smart and hot people like John and Lizzie. The amount of self-control necessary to keep their hands off each other would try the patience of a saint!
