I've just heard about the final episode. At least we're still have this.

Teyla clearly disproves of John's date the the AthTart. And, of course, there is other evidence in canon whether TPTB admit it or not.

Other characters notice the connection too -- Rodney, Carson, maybe Ronon and Radek? I'll have to search about for caps of such moments.

Radek definitely knows... remember him talking to John in Adrift and saying John made the right decision about not wanting to turn Elizabeth's nanites back on? Radek is so seeing John as Lizzie's husband, he knows that John knows what Lizzie would've wanted.

And I think Ronon knows too. Can't think of any overt moments off the top of my head, but if he can figure out that Teyla is with Kanaan just from how she talks about him, than he can also figure out that John loves Lizzie.
