I’m still adjusting to a mountain bike from a cruiser so everything is still awkward to me. I keep moving the saddle around. I’ll get it eventually lol.

I used to have a really good one but it got stolen, so I got me a 2nd hand too small bike. I don't generally use it but I've started on simple exercises some 10 days ago -- on a whim -- and I'm adding tiny bike trips, like around the block, and so far the only protest I've heard was my shoulder yesterday ("thou shalt not do 5 push-ups every day!").

The routine by the way:
10 second plank
5 burpees
5 jumping jacks
5 squats
5 push-ups -- every other day

Lunch walks: Pokemon Go & Pikmin Bloom walks

Bike rides: 15 minutes, to the canal and back via dirt roads -- about a mile or so.

Ahh, Obi Wan.

Now back to being buried in schoolwork. I’m at a conference next week, out Sunday and back Thursday with full day and night itinerary (ok, so it’s all fun stuff at night) and I have so much work due that week. And a project due this week. I’m trying to get it all done before I go. It ain’t gonna happen, but maybe I can get enough of a head start to get through.

At least the whole semesters assignments are posted online so I can see what’s on deck for next week.

I like it! It’s a good idea. I do a balance yoga video to help me with SUP so I definitely need to address some other…let’s say areas of opportunity, lol.

And also, I really feel the chasing my focus post.

And I have been a one-person-team for 3 days now so my focus running away like that isn't helping.

CO2 is up to 1139 parts per million, which puts us in the danger zone and ventilation is reccommended... but let that be the part that isn't working as it should and the technician is taking his bloody time to fix it.

I was not expecting to zip off my pants today so I decided to wear my yoga-socks this morning. THEY HAVE EARS!

So now, I'm sitting here, with my pants shortened to just above my knees and my yoda-socks in full view of the colleagues.
