    Today I watched Ascension (where Teal'c mentions watching Star Wars eight times), and I found the original trilogy box set at the library. I think it's a sign.

    Also, I ruined a pair of jeans I really like with accidental bleach.

          You must not watch the Star Wars too many times. I'm not sure how many times I've watch each of them but I can say the lines before the characters do for each of them now.

            I can do that too, but only for the originals. My brain wouldn't let me retain the dialogue from the prequels. (They're not THAT bad.... just making a joke. Don't want to offend anyone.)

            ETA: I was expecting some kind of April Fool's theme today.

                  I don't go out on April 1st if I don't have to -- shopping for food was unavoidable.
                  But there's a convention this weekend and usually I go both days -- not this year. This year, only one day, Sunday April 2nd.

                  Hoping to get autographs from Amanda Tapping, Morena Baccarin, Ben McKenzie, Nathan Fillion (maybe -- 70€ is a bit steep -- my Firefly DVD would triple in worth), Kristian Hairn (Hodor) and pose for some photo's with all of the above, except Kristian.

                  I also finished my propgun (if you watch Supergirl, you might know it as the alien gun Alex Danvers is in love with) which makes me moderately happy -- it's that self-confidence I lack to be truly proud of that accomplishment. It's a cardboard version, I might add, so not (yet) screenaccurate. And build from scratch (there's no info out for it so make it up as I go).

                      It was fun, and I met everyone I wanted to meet, and I was flat broke in a little over an hour (autographs, one shoulder dragon and EVA Foam to experiment with).

                            My wallet and I are currently not on speaking terms.

                            But at least I'm not spending 250 dollars or 400 dollars on an autograph -- the first is the price for Mark Hamill in two weeks at Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, the second for Felicity Jones, also at Celebration.
