Different topic. I was watching an old episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation the other day and it was an episode with Barclay in it. Do you remember him? It seems like he was a precursor to Rodney, a bit. Heck, the episode I watched had Barclay get superhuman mental powers (Tao of Rodney, anyone?).Comment

I had to look him up, but once I remembered he was played by Dwight Schultz, I kind of remembered him. Love me some Dwight Schultz. He was definitely a Rodney "type" but then that is a popular cliche in SciFi. Right now, John Billingsley, who played Phlox on Star Trek: Enterprise is playing a similar character on the new show Intelligence. Yep. My other foot has the same issues, so I'll be going back in probably about 2-4 weeks (depending on how well/quickly I recover from this one) to do the other foot. Why so soon? My doctor believes in getting patients back on their feet as soon as they can handle it, so he likes to get both feet in close together to overlap the recovery/physical therapy. This is a minimally invasive procedure, so that shortens the recovery time, too.
