I saw that too. Now who seriously wants Joe and Ben more than Joe and Torri? Or even Ben and Amanda. Honestly, you gotta wonder if they even watched the show. I know the people we saw from Creation who were running the con I went to were fans of SGA, so maybe someone back at the home office or whatever looks at who are the bigger stars and of course, goes for the combos they think will bring in the most money. They, obviously, are wrong.

Last year I paid for a photo op with Joe and one with Torri, but I would have paid for another one with both of them. I did not pay for the Joe and Michael Shanks duo photo op. So, they lost a money making opportunity with me.

The way they constantly separate the men and women makes me think they're really a bunch of slash fans running it. Perhaps they should look outside their own corner of fandom.

I didn't buy the Joe/Michael one either, but I was standing in line waiting for the Joe photo op and got to watch them walk down the hall and then back again later, talking very animatedly all the time. And Joe had taken his sweater off and shoved it in his back pocket. OMG.

The people in charge when I was there were a husband/wife team. The husband was a humongous guy who was Joe's handler. He didn't scare me though, and he certainly didn't intimidate Mr. SR. *snicker* I don't know what the structure of Creation is like, but there was another guy from Creation who did the hosting duties. I guess he was ultimately in charge. *shrugs*

Creation Con just posted some new duo photo ops. I thought for a minute maybe they'd add Joe and Torri. Nope. They added Joe with Ben Browder and with David, of course.

Same old thing. Honestly, Creation should buy a vowel.

Yup, just found that notice in my emailbox. FAIL, Creation, FAIL. This is why I didn't bother buying tickets to this year's Chicago con. I had a feeling they were going to pull that crap again.
