Elizabeth Weir/John Sheppard Appreciation/Ship/Discussion Thread
You don't need a journal to see the comm. Go here to see the instructions. Then you can click the green arrows to go forward to the calendar pages. See JT-2, who is mathgirl24 on LJ if you don't understand how to send her your fic.

I was going to say something... I know I was... then I forgot...
Oh well... probably wasn't interesting anyway...
Oh wait...
Anyone know the song Let Her Go by Passenger - always makes me think of John and Teyla. Not John and Teyla together, obviously... just how they are after loosing the people they love(d). In the case of my mind that would be Elizabeth and Kate obviously.
Heightmeyer's Lemming -- still the coolest Lemming of the forum

Thank you, SR, for helping out with the explanation.
Sparky She-Demon, if you have an FF.net account then you can post it there and send me the link when the time comes. Thanks!
ITA. But you see that bracelet and know why he won't take it off and it just pulls you out of the scene. Actors do what they have to do, and I admire his loyalty to his wife, but it does make you think about him not his character.
Thanks. I remember the days when I could make 30 sixth graders all walk in a straight line without talking. Ah, those were the good old days.
The bolded part is just one more reason to like JF.
You're welcome, SR. I get the feeling you and the man that was my third grade teacher would have got along famously.
I tell you Teal'c, hockey is the coolest game on Earth!
And on the reverse of that argument, though their lives are always put in danger and they're constantly getting kidnapped, drugged, shot at, whatever, Team Shep (minus the poor, lost little Ford) is still alive and kicking, even the (supposedly) inept Rodney. So I don't think where you are matters much. And, of course, if ever we saw Elizabeth go off world and something didn't happen to her, well, that would be boring. It's a TV show, hence, drama.
And don't forget...Ford got messed up on Atlantis when the Wraith invaded them...he wasn't off-world. Dangerous galaxy was dangerous, no matter where you were...
