The chicken soup is highly appreciated! *starts eating it* Another kind of soup that has curative properties is Chinese Hot and Sour soup. Clears your sinuses and tastes great! Chicken soup is good too. When I went to the store today, they were out of Chicken Noodle Soup!

This may seem a bit hypocritical, given my comments about intimacy and privacy, but...



Wtf was that? I'm not advocating putting sex in movies, but if they're gonna put a sex scene in, don't chicken out part way through. Was that meant to be erotic? To whom exactly?

But going back to the actor/character discussions with regard to smut....... see that clip bugs me cause he's wearing his family wrist band. If I didn't know about that, I could just see the character and not be thinking "Joe".


That clip certainly doesn't make me want to watch the rest of it. Sorry Joe.

I think it was aimed at the male audience since it focused mostly on her. Plus, I don't think Joe is up for much exposure, so I'm sure they worked with him on that. But yeah, I agree it was missing a lot.

ITA. But you see that bracelet and know why he won't take it off and it just pulls you out of the scene. Actors do what they have to do, and I admire his loyalty to his wife, but it does make you think about him not his character.

History was one of my favorite subjects in school, I mean the program that I took was directed towards art so the creative subjects came first but among my “non-creative” subjects it was History that was my favorite. Also I took a History course at our university a few years ago which was fun and interesting.
I got my love for history from my father as well, funny how most of us did, but it’s been one of the things we’ve shared both by traveling to see and experience things and sitting at home and watching different documentaries and like the history channel, but it’s fun and I think history is important.

I noticed that too and thought it was pretty weird. Maybe he does like to keep things around his wrist, with the black sweatband he wore as John Sheppard, I always wondered a bit where it came from, not that it’s anyone’s business it’s just something you’ve gotten used to seeing on him

Just got home from the dentist. Most of one of my molars is gone. I had to have so much anesthetic that the roof of my mouth is numb. I'm not doing anything except going to bed.
