          No no no, don't rush. I am seeing spots (and dashes) in front of my eyes. And I tried to read a fic (not yours 'Nuna) that had so many errors my head went 'splodey. Think I'll go watch the Food Network for awhile.

          Plus there's that other big decision I made today. I'm getting my support group all lined up before the big delivery. *bites nails*

                      Mik, Mak & Mon was TV-show for kids which ran from 1986 to 1988.

                      The story was about Mik & Mak, two alien children from a planet called Galacton. They end up on Earth one day after having to make an emergency landing, after which they are found by Mon, the milkman. He gives them milk to drink to get their strength back.

                      There are 23 episodes in which Mon, with the help of his friends, tries to get the children back home to their own planet, and to keep them out of the hands of the authorities.

                      The show was made to promote the drinking of milk. Every episode was no longer than 10 minutes, and the story was told by a storyteller in voice-over while the actors had no lines whatsoever. This was done so that the show could be sold abroad and dubbing was made easier.
                      Yeah I don't get to use my Dutch skills often enough. That looks really campy and cute! One of my sci-fi shows in my youth was Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. Jessica Steen was in it. It was campy but good. And the last episode had the female character sacrificing herself after telling "John" that she loves him. Hmmm... I'm sensing a pattern here.

                        And yeah on the snow. Same here. We have cherry blossoms and snow. But it all melted later.

                                Yes ma'am. Thanks to all the betas--Gateraid, Scary Kitty and Falcon Horus all did a fantastic job with plot and continuity and Eri's terrifically awesome fails in remember SG-1 spellings and there is no better beta-er than Southern Red for grammar/spelling. Much of her beta-ing went as I thought it might: Comma/remove comma/put comma/put comma/remove comma/put comma/comma/comma/comma... I stink at commas. But I felt like I learned something with her explanations, too, so thanks.

                                I'll put on the glistening final touches and our first story will be complete.
