      Also stopping by to drop off this little thing I whipped up last night. I was looking through the thread last night trying to find our discussions on First Year (unsuccesfully btw - does anyone have a note on what pages those were?) and I was just driven to create a motivational poster.

            I did a search, which is kinda hard when one can't really remember the title to the show but I did locate some info about it, and the intro is on Youtube (it's in Dutch but you get the general idea).

            I've also found a wiki-page concerning this show, which was called Mik, Mak & Mon. I shall do my best to translate for I imagine that your Dutch might be a bit rusty.

            Mik, Mak & Mon was TV-show for kids which ran from 1986 to 1988.

            The story was about Mik & Mak, two alien children from a planet called Galacton. They end up on Earth one day after having to make an emergency landing, after which they are found by Mon, the milkman. He gives them milk to drink to get their strength back.

            There are 23 episodes in which Mon, with the help of his friends, tries to get the children back home to their own planet, and to keep them out of the hands of the authorities.

            The show was made to promote the drinking of milk. Every episode was no longer than 10 minutes, and the story was told by a storyteller in voice-over while the actors had no lines whatsoever. This was done so that the show could be sold abroad and dubbing was made easier.
