I don't watch House M.D. - well, not yet anyway as I just ordered season 1 to 6 on DVD.

Probie and someone else mentioned it to me that she was in it... and oh she looked awesome-sauce.



I'm trying to convince some local con-organizers to get her over to their con the weekend before Marseille. Otherwise, I'll have to go stalk Probie in Marseille cause I found out it's happening during a long weekend so I don't necessarily have to take extra holidays from work.

I was nervous when my friend said to me "Look, It's him" and after this I was fine. I talked to him, laughed with him, touched him (not in a naughty way of course lol). My other friends met other SGA actors and Joe and for me it was the first time. I was the most relaxed.lol You can find my con report here

Like the water going down the drain, she drained out all the bad memories of the day from her mind’s eye. She finished up, put on a bathrobe and wrapped her wet hair in a towel. It wasn’t long till the scent of mint filled her nostrils.

She walked further and further into her bathroom and suddenly steam hit her face and a voice softly singing out:

You've got a way to keep me on your side
You give me cause for love that I can't hide
For you I know I'd even try to turn the tide
Because you're mine, I walk the line

It was John, who else on Atlantis knew every lyric to every Johnny Cash song. He wasn’t as good as Cash himself; in fact he didn’t have the voice of an angel either. But she did not mind hearing him sing. She stood there for a moment not wanting to disturb what was probably his first moment of peace throughout this emotionally draining day.

She could tell he seemed peaceful just laying there surrounded by water of the bathtub like Atlantis was surrounded by the vast ocean. His eyes were closed lightly, his face relaxed. She expected to see some sort of tension in muscles but there was none. Then again it could have been due to that he was surrounded by warm water.

But deep in her heart she knew it was a mask….considering the circumstances there was nothing but the feeling of turmoil running through his veins. How could he be with the horrors he had endured just hours ago and an uncertain future ahead? But for now, whether it was a mask or not, she was content seeing him in this position and not helpless and in pain.

“I know you are there Elizabeth….” John said quietly not opening his eyes even for a moment, “and I am flattered you like what you see…but are you just gonna stand there and watch or keep me company?”

Thank you both! I took the easy way out by selecting different scenes to fill in. Actually, in my head, Anuna's fic could fall into the timeline right after mine. It's my happy thought, anyway JT-2 was kind enough to beta, so I've just got some last minute tweaking to do. I love the checking the rest later line too- open's all kinds of storage closet doors.

Anyway, speaking of canon, tonight SyFy begins airing the final ten episodes of SGU. Yes, I will be watching, and following each episode, I'll post a summary of any information revealed that may be pertinent to our plans for Atlantis Rising. After all, somebody's got to do it.

I've been thinking of getting a new PC and just buying the software. My current PC is crappy. Of course, even with the software you generally need artistic ability and as we know, I have none. Remember my "fic" idea was a sum total of the sentence "John and Elizabeth play chess"?

Yeah, I was just going to say the same thing. You go, SK! I haven't seen any of that show. I'm not a huge SG-1 fan. I'm really just in love with Atlantis, so I had no interest in continuing within the franchise.

I ordered season 1 through 6 last night - for a good prize too. I was like "should I download them or buy them?" ... saw that downloads were all over 7Gb which would basically mean clutter up all the free space on my harddrive so I just went out and bought them. I figured if for some reason I don't like them (which is highly unlikely) I'll gift the box to my aunt.

I hope you will come. I will be happy to meet you.
