Hi everybody, hope you are all ok! I'm not ok at all, but as Sheppard said: "You will be" so I try to go on.
Talking of parallelisms, I've been watching Caprica lately and -looking at Zoe trapped in a robot- I understand more and more how Elizabeth must have felt bad with nanites inside of her.
Last episode I watched is -ironically- "Ghosts in the machine" and, as much as I hated the Atlantis episode, I loved the Caprica version. So sad and angsty, the scenes between Zoe and her father . . .
She doesn't want her father to discover she's hidden in the robot and resists, no matter what her father says or does to force her to reveal herself.
So I imagine Elizabeth connected to the City, not wanting to be ever found, and Sheppard talking to her in the hologram room and she stays silent, pretending she can't hear him, but something breaks inside her little by little and she'll open up, eventually.

I am totally hooked on Caprica and how it's dealing with the issues of a human consciousness trapped inside of a mechanical construct. Really, throughout the whole rebooted BSG mythos, Moore & Co. have totally had their s**t together on how to portray such storylines with respect, compassion, and intelligence.
