Yeah, what the frak was up with that? A wound caused by a frakin' huge chunk of shrapnel being embedded in one's belly is not going to heal overnight. Where the heck were Teyla's bandages? Medical realism fail!

It's a stupid way to write a 'warm, personal' episode. Why not writing something that doesn't give current canon a twist of the head, something that actually leaves you happy after you've seen it? I call this ep 'Scumday' for a reason.

Oh, we're bashing Sunday! *joins in* I really love Carson, but I couldn't even be sad when he was killed, because I was laughing so hard. Exploding tumour... that's just too funny! I have to mention this the next time we have a laugh in the lab about ridiculous *science* on TV. (Our current favourites are all German productions that have reached unreal heights of ridiculousness, far beyond exploding tumours.)

I was skimming over 'First Strike' the other day getting clips for the trailer, and on the parts I watched I was literally yelling at the computer screen 'No! This is the worst plan EVER!! DON'T DO IT!' Sadly, just like Lizzie and that stupid window, they still didn't listen.

Nice job on updating the comm, Eri! I'm loving how it looks to see all the gaps filled in.
And I believe I'd like to volunteer to write the McKay groundhog day ep and the Wraith worshipers ep, if that's okay.

Oh, FRAK! That is wicked cool! (quick question on the name: Martin Gero suggested 'Vanir' as the name for the renegade Asgard, though it didn't appear in the episodes. Would you be interested in going with that name, and if so, do we need to change 'Vanu' since it's kinda close in sound?)

I have to admit, I've always had an evil little idea that Atlantis should've had some sort of really Lovecraftian-type enemy. The Vanu could be it.

And no, Rodney's gene therapy was never neutralized, so that should give him some protection.

I didn't know that about the Renegade Asgard. Does that mean I think like an SG writer? That's kinda scary.

Ugh. I still have such a hard time with that episode. That episode recap was the hardest for me to do, even than the S4 eppies, I think because the others had such great Sparky in it and FS doesn't really after the first 15 minutes. Except for the end--cringeworthy Sparky. =/

And I adore, adore, adore Found in Translation. If everyone is okay with that I'd LOVE to make that the episode title. I was mulling over calling it "Lost in Translation" but that just didn't fit. Your version totally fits everything about the episode!!!

And, a vote on Erin taking on "A Day in the Life of Rodney McKay" and the Wraith Worshippers episode.

Remember that people can co-write episodes if they feel overwhelmed. Though we haven't said anything about length, I'm sensing these will be pretty long. Of course, we have tons of time, too.

The Enemy Within is the title of the second (or third - depends if you cut Children of the Gods in two) episode of SG1 season 1.
The one where they discover Kawalsky being host to a Goa'uld larvae.

Episode 17 - Torment Of The Soul

SG1 has an episode in season 1, Torment of Tantalus. Might be too close.

Oh, I hates Sunday. Next to Brainstorm my least fave. Mike was just beyond awful and a poor sub for John. In fact he was so obviously a John clone it was laughable.

I wholeheartedly agree! Mike was an awful excuse for a plot device, Marty G did a faily job at attempting to ignore Sparky, the "do you like Teyla" line or however was that was just eyeroll worthy and death by exploding tumor? Excuse me? is this an episode or a crack fic?

Personally I was reminded of a middle school sleepover. Though I doubt boys talk like that. In fact, having had a few of them at my house through the years, I know they don't. I don't know how Joe and Jason did it. Maybe it was even worse and this was the compromise. OMG! *hurls*

MG's antagonism to Sparky after the overwhelming reception of his script for Siege 3 has never made sense to me.
