I just hope she will not break my dvds when she will see the first scene of S&R.lol Me, my first reaction was "I think I missed something. I don't understand. I knew that I should watch in the entire the season 4." Now I still don't understand it even if I re-watched the season 4.lol
And I don't know how she will react when she will understand that Torri is not in it. Tonight, we will watch S&R and The Seed. I'll watch the first for Joe and for the second I'll sleep. Or I will watch Bones on TV.lol I

It's sad because I like this show. I have this season but I'm not anxious to see episodes or bonus.

Be sure to watch "Conversation with the Colonel". Joe is adorable. And nobody understands that scene except maybe Martin Gero. LOL Remember it was all about teammates John couldn't save. The wine and candles were just because he was hit on the head. LOL

BUT I'M ANGRY!!!!!! I can't believe they don't put french subtitles for the commentaries. It's stupid. Fortunately they seem not interesting so I will try to relax me.lol
I HATE THIS!!!!! I can't have the comment of Torri and Rachel for the season 1 and now it's this.
I will not complain because I paid it 28 euros and not 50 euros but ahhhhhhhh.lol

I was shopping with my mother. We saw a big advertisement for SGA season 5 because it's available today. My mom looked at me with sad eyes. She wanted to watch this season. Of course, I didn't want but I was curious so I looked the dvds. I saw the price: 30 euros. It's strange because the real price is 50 euros. I looked the others boxes and I saw everywhere 50 euros except the one that I had in my hands. Not happy to give 30 euros, I decided to make an effort. I took it and said to my mom "If the real price is 50 euros, I don't take it". The deal was made. I go to the saleswoman and finally I paid 28 euros. She made a mistake when she gave me back the money.
Season 5: 28 euros and not 50 euros.lol
Mom is happy and I'm happy too.lol

Second anecdote: All the advertisements for SGA, we can see in big "The Sci fi show with Joe Flanigan, Torri Higginson and David Hewlett" She's not in it but French people are attract by her.
Third anecdote: I looked the synopsis behind the boxes and not a mention of Sheppard. Teyla, Ronon, Rodney, Keller, Woolsey are in the it but not him.
Last anecdote: For GITM, it's not written " An old friend of Rodney is back".

Whoo hoo! Score on getting the DVDs for cheap!

Probie my friends all thought Miss Torri was quite the dish. I thought S&R was a good episode. The only thing I didn't get was Teyla giving the boy John's name as a middle name. I mean Shep did alot for her, but what about Ronon, or Carson, or, McKay. I mean McKay delivered the baby under threat of oblivion. If a fella helped give birth to my son right before I thought we're all going to blow up, his name could be Meredith, or Jethro, or whatever for all I care, it's going on the birth certificate somewhere.

Thanks--coming from you, that's a HUGE compliment. I was beating him with a stick earlier this week. I had the most difficult time getting him down and it was important to me that he came out as close to how Joe would play him as possible. But the grief element was really, really hard. This is one of the hardest ones I've ever done.

I'm done with angst, though. DONE. I'm doing like 14 rounds of sparky snark before any more sad things. *tries to forget she still owes recaps of Lifeline, TMC and Ghost in the Machine*

Mom liked S&R. She has the same opinion that pkprd. The only thing she didn't like it's the name of the child. And for the Seed (A.K.A The remedy against insomnia lol), she found it boring. I personally think that John must have a subscription to the infirmary.LOL Maybe he lives there or he likes needles. Two episodes, two surgeries. I don't like this one too.
