Another example of commentary that can be found on another magazine Arthelius on the episode "the real world"

And it appears that the French were way ahead of everyone except us on that news. It was definitely a turning point for Sparky. At this point according to Carson Beckett, CMO, she was John's next of kin. And then in Adrift according to Jennifer Keller, CMO, he was hers. Canon, baby.

Now you can understand why I was surprised to see the departure of Elizabeth and the fact that this ship is not ...how to say...the "canon ship".

Yes, I sure do see why you are surprised. I think if I had not been on this forum I would have felt just like you did. It was so obvious that Sparky was the one true ship to me that I wouldn't even have considered anything else.

I keep my small press review. I give you proof that some French magazines are fans of Sparky. So here is the commentary that can be found in the French magazines Arthelius on the episode “Conversion”. I translate only the part referring to Sparky
“The relationship between Elizabeth and John explored in this episode helps reveal her feelings for her subordinate, adding a touch of tenderness in a rather fierce history.”
“John is more protective than ever towards Elizabeth. He doesn’t want to hurt her after his strange transformation. It is without doubt the relationship that is confirmed between the two characters that fans of the couple have been careful not to forget”

They don’t speak of the kiss between Teyla and Sheppard.

You and me both. I think I've mentioned a few times that I hadn't gotten into the internet fandom side of things until after S3 had aired here in the US. So I had no idea what other fans or the producers had been saying about the show. And I saw Sparky (and Spanky). Nothing else.

To be honest, I could not tell you (now). They are old magazines dating from 2006, 2007 and early 2008 I believe. Some magazines are to me and others to a friend. She gave me the pages on the SGA, not all of the magazine and I have thrown or given everything that has nothing to do with the SGA. I almost throw those articles because I was no longer a fan of sga.
I promise to try to find the issues.
