LULZ. Yes, Simon is yucky, especially that haircut in Intruder. It seems he thought people might like him more if he got Lizzie's matching haircut cos she's sooo pretty. What was it, a perm or something?

Bwahahaha!!! I dunno if it was a perm, I seem to recall that even when it was short, it was a bit puffy, so maybe it's natural. But damn, his hair makes my eyes burn!

Actually, I'd say Lizzeh's hair is fabulous in any of its variations. The short and curly look from Seasons 1 & 2, the long and sleek with a bit of a wave at the ends from Seasons 3 & 4... Lizzeh's hair always looks good.

My favourite Lizzeh hair is in the second half of season three, when it's shoulder-length with some curls at the end. I also liked the longer straight hair she had in her s4 episodes and the short curls.

I didn't like Lizzeh's really short, straight hair (like in the pilot) too much. But then again, it seems like everybody's wardrobe and hair in the first season is less flattering. (To me.) Rodney seemed to have quite a receding hairline in season one that reversed itself in seasons two and three before receding again in season four. Carson is so much lankier too in s1. (I personally prefer PM with some bulk. ) Teyla seems so much smaller and less muscular too, and I have to say her s1 wardrobe and hair was ridiculous. (Wigs?) That tight purple top got tiring really quickly. (Atlantis jackets never do, though.) And Shep ... well, he hasn't changed, though I do think he has gotten hotter as he's aged.

Heh, we're opposites! The late S3 look with the lighter brown and curly layers is my second favorite, with S4's long and straight with a tiny bit curling up at the ends as my favorite... It's so similar to her look in Progeny/The Real World when she was first infected with the nanites that I wonder if the change from the late S3 look was deliberate. If it was, that was quite clever of the makeup/hair team.

Oh hair! John's hair wins the contest, really. In whole Gateversne, not only SGA. The only Elizabeth hairstyle I didn't like was at the evry beginning - seriously why flattening such lovely natural curls? I loved how her hair looked in "The Lost Boys" - there's something about how they did her hair and make up. I loved S3 hairstyles too, and I didn't like S4 hair or make up all that much because she seemed ill. It was a bad season, I can't help myself.

Carson's pointy hair is made of win and Teyla's wigs... let's not go there. Rachel has such amazing hair and looks so cute with it, why haven't they let her have her normal hair??? Also, I love Ronon's hair!

Worst hair? That has to be Simon's perm. I mean, that's the lowest low of SGA.

Yay we're talking about hair? Teyla wore wigs in S1???!!! That's why her hair looked so dreadful. Cos in S1 I thought Teyla was, well, not exactly pretty, but then S2 came and I was like "wow, she's really quite beautiful". Liz's hair - I love S3 best, because long suits her and makes her look younger. The S2 was fun, but a bit too middle aged. And in S1 when it was sometimes short, straight and floppy? *shudders* Not a good look.

As for guys - Rodney's hair S1 was not good, but got better as the series went on. John's just rules! But Kavanaugh has got to have the worst hair.

...And I didn't need any thought for this! That's kind of worrying...

I didn't know Rachel was still wearing wigs? But now that I consider it I feel real ridiculous for thinking her SGA hair was her natural hair, cos from the convention pictures. I dunno, I like her natural hair and her s2-s3 wigs but from what I've seen I really dislike her s4-s5 wig. (They are different.) But I have to say they don't really look like wigs -- I was thinking she wears her hair one way while filming and another for the rest of the year.
Ronon apparently has a wig now too I hear and from the pictures it is very fugly. It looks like a giant spider, lol.
