            Yesterday felt like a Thursday to me and today feels like a Friday. Since it is NOT, indeed, Friday.... this is not good.

            On a positive note, we're about to get some thunderstorms that should drive the humidity away.

              Same here so imagine my disappointment this morning when I realized that today was not actually friday.

              However, tomorrow IS friday and I'm really looking forward to it now.

                      Come to Belgium -- it's raining until at the very least 2 weeks from now. Temps are around 20° Celsius with dips to 15°C. We're having a British summer.

                        That sounds familiar. There was one I remember in a stranded jumper where things got heated

                        I’m with you, looking forward to fall. I much prefer hiking in other seasons than summer. I had a friend that had to lay down in mud last week to help bring her body temp down after she overheated on the trail. I wasn’t with her, but its scary how fast it can sneak up on you. I mean, I’m hot and sweaty and think I’m dying on most of my hikes

                            It was an epic game -- the best we've seen in the Championship so it's okay. Italy was the better team, except for those crybaby moments where they stalled for time.

                            I mean, when they scored that first goal, the dude on the ground is miraculously OK, gets up and walks over to his teammates while a moment earlier he's acting like his leg was irriperably damaged. I think they should card players for that kind of comedy. There's no fairplay in those actions -- same for those who are clearly unable to continue playing but hold up the game ... and this is applicable for everyone, including our own.

                            But that's behind us... we have the Tour de France and the Olympics are coming so busy sports summer.

                              LOL, same here! I have to take my walks in the very very early morning, or it's just too hot.

                                The Tour de France delivered majestically today... Dylan Teuns, one of the Belgian riders, won today's stage and my favorite, the Belgian Champion, is still 2nd in the all-round chart. Only 1:38 behind the number 1. He won't take the yellow jersey (and he even jokes about that) but that's a brilliant position to be in. Would be cool if he can keep that position until the end.

                                My other favorite, the tiny Australian sprinter Caleb Ewan, crashed in the sprint to the finish during the 2nd stage, and broke his shoulder.
