Well, I know Haliyah got the Gold ticket, as for everybody else is getting, I'm not sure I figure as long as I'm there I don't care what kind of ticket I get!

What is the difference between Gold and Economy? I wish I could post at work. Our computer there is extremely slow. It is too slow to surf here. I did post yesterday because I was bored at work and was going though Carson withdrawals.

From what I understand is that a Gold ticket is just everything but MORE. You get a tshirt and some other goodies, you are first in line for autographs (and all autographs are included with the gold, with economy you have to buy autographs when you get there), you get to sit in the front rows, etc. It's kinda like the difference between first class seats and regular seats in an airplane

Thanks for explaining the difference. I am really leaning towards the Economy because it is my first con. I am really glad that I will not be alone and can't wait to meet everyone.

You are actually all right. A veterinarian is an animal doctor, but vetting and vetted are slang terms which can mean "fixed up." You can vet Carson to your heart's content, just so long as you don't take him *to* the vet

I sometimes roast marshmellows over candles and it really works. Well, it takes a while but it's tasty. I LOVE marshmellows *whistles*

I got the gold ticket and it looks like you walk away with more freebies. The only thing that wasn't included in the price was a date with Paul. For that I definitely would have threw in some extra funds. Nice thought anyway...but seriously...if you don't mind the higher price go for it. You get priority placement in the autograph lines and everything.

People hate Carson? That actually shocks me, but I guess it shouldn't. I find it terribly difficult to imagine how any decent person could dislike him - maybe some people can't deal with seeing a genuine, kind, lovely person portrayed on screen? Have we sunk to the level where all characters must walk around punching and shooting people in order to be accepted?

Yeah, the thought bothers me as well, jet. Sometimes it really seems like people are of the opinion that only geeks and guys with quirks etc. are worth watching. I believe it's a bit like when you are kids, you might play war/fight with a few friends but how often do you actually play peace? I guess it's just not interesting enough to be a genuinely nice person. Yet I'm convinced that we need a lot more of those kinds of role models on TV. I think a lot of people do choose the wrong idols or role models nowadays.

Ya'll remember me telling you about my truck being broke down? I can't remember all exactly I told ya, but long story short (and to refresh your memory) we had to put a new engine in it. Today it got done, so they dropped it off at my house... I guess their place is a bit muddy because I was greeted by one very VERY dirty little truck!


I was not about to let that sit in my driveway, so 2 hours and lots of elbow grease later I give you a very shinny and sparkling clean pickup truck!





There was SO much mud... wow, there was mud caked up in places that I never even know you could GET mud in... I must say that my jeans and sweatshirt are rather muddy now!

But, I am one happy camper, I have my truck back and I don't have to drive my dad's dinky little car anymore! HORRAY!
