I wish, but the healing devices don't work on Poet...and if they did then her guys would have her healed already.

She will be alright in time. Na'Kita's injuries will heal and she will awaken again, she just had a shock. My sister was not as lucky, because of Na'Kita's weakness at the moment, Beck will take longer to heal. Longer still because of Keller.

*Gabreil sits on the floor next to N michael learning to him crying, Joey and Ariel next to them, Ariel holding hsi sun in his arms stroking his head, looking up as aCarson comes in again with her*

Ariel: thank you so much aCarson for saving my little angel *his eyes sparkle with tears* I don't know why that happend, I just felt something was wrong as my heart nearly broke *he can't come up with more words right now*

*Gabriel gets up slowly, feathers falling to the ground as he looks at aCarson* she....she crash landed a Dart to kill herself.....I was in her room to ask.....and then I found a letter she wrote saying, she deserves not to live, having the blood of 65 of her brothers on her hands for not being able to save them all and also having Beck's blood on her hands for not killing that other wraith as he could...*he takes one step forward to Poet's bed a, shaking all over, feeling like he had to die himself*

*A-Carson reaches out from where he's standing to lay a hand on Gabriel's arm, his blue eyes shining sympathetically*

A- Aye, so she 'asn't changed as much as Aang 'ad thought...poor lass, th' pain she must 'ave felt. But nobody blames 'er for any of that. An' I know Aang, Dell, Shep an' Carson an' I don't blame 'er for wha' 'appened to Beck. I'm sorry, Lad. *he looks over at the others* I'm sorry t' all of ye for ye 'avin' t' go through this.

*Gabriel shakes his head sadly, letting himself fall to his knees* she has, but that is too much pain for her again, she still not can take that without going back to hwat she was used to...and I....this morning I mean aCarson....I woke up feeling bad for losing her nearly as she drownd herself....I should have gotten up right away and ask her....*he looks to the ground*what I planned to ask her, because I....we...can't live without her....I should have asked her if *he sobs shaking again* she wants to marry me.....

*somewhere, deep inside her, Poet "hears" what Gabriel said, though not actually whith her ears but her heart does, cracking even more and a tear roles down her cheek, her mind is silent still and has no right to aregue now whith what her heart feels*

*I am still sitting on the edge of Beck's bed, now gently stroking her hair, but I look up and see A-Carson and Gabriel talking and Poet unconscious on the bed...I only vaguely register what's happened, before turning back to my sister, but I hear Gabriel's words and I smile to myself*

Actually Beck not nearly as much as Dell. Dell and Beck...they are trouble magnets. Not too sure what Poet's excuse is...Apparently Aang is good at avoiding injuries...well except the one...*reaches back and absently fiddles with the scar on her back*

*Gabriel gets up way to fast for his state right now but sees the black line the tear has left on Poet's face, then falls back fainting, while nMichael catches him*

nMichael:I told you, her heart would do the right thing, Gabriel *he smiles down at him of course knowing hthat he has not heard anymore what he just said to him*

*Ariel smiles sadly* we all told him that, Poet was the only one who did not think of that I guess, since she always blocks our feelings going to her...but that does her mind not her heart

*Joey grins* well maybe I will be a real uncle then some day after all

A- 'm sorry Lads, I'd 'ave had Aang come over 'ere an' join us, but she's a bit shaken after this mornin'...she left f'r ten minutes an' came back to 'er sister nearly dead because o' Keller meddlin' with 'er treatments...she won't leave Beck's side now, not f'r anythin'.

*he shakes his head as he looks back at me again, I am still sitting on the edge of Beck's bed, holding her hand up to my cheek and half smiling at her now peacefully sleeping face*

A- I'd never seen 'er as angry as she was when she foun' Keller tryin' ta restart Beck's 'eart...for a moment I was afraid she'd break 'er oath an' 'urt the girl. *he sighs*
