*I look over* Well crap, so it is! Let me just bring the flowers back inside and pay for them!

*a minute later, I come running back out and go straight across to the jeweler, it only takes a moment and I am skidding back across to the car with a ring box in my hand and I jump in, popping the ring box open to reveal two simple gold wedding bands, one with a small silver heart etched into the top bit*

-Oh very nice!
Beck we went for simple too *holds her hand over the back of the seat for us to see.
I lock my feeling away and smile*

Nice ring, Beck! ...now if you'd kindly move your hand so that I can drive without you poking me? *I laugh as said hand comes up and lightly whacks the back of my head before she pulls it back*

*I look at Dell for a second silently as her feelings disappear from my mind and then turn back to the road* And now I need new makeup, lord knows it's been so long since I've had a reason to wear the stuff.

-I don't need any make up, I'll wear yours! or Becks....mine always goes off before I use it a second time! Well apart from lip gloss, I think I eat a tube of that stuff a month!

[Aang]

*I smile as I drive, stopping in front of the shop where I always got my make up when I used to wear the stuff all the time, Beck and I both run inside, where we spend the next ten minutes or so playing with color combinations and such, and each come out with a bag in hand. As I get in the car, I look into my bag, pull out a brand new tube of Dell's favorite lip gloss and toss it to her, then hand my bag back to Beck, who stows it in my purse, which somehow landed on the ground by her feet*

And now, back to the dress shop, the alterations should be done and we can take the dresses back to Atlantis with us.

*I start the car again and turn back in the direction of the dress shop, altogether not looking forward to the possibility of seeing Trichelle again*

-hey this stuff smells like the Gold Coast, did I ever tell you that?

Beck Australia?
-Yep the very first one I ever bought, I wore while on holiday there once...now it reminds me of that time. It is a good memory.
*I open it and put some on* Yep still works!

That's a very good memory to have, big Sister. Mmm, that lipgloss does smell a bit good actually.

*we pull up in front of the dress shop and I turn the car off, but make no move to go inside just yet*

(Say Sis, I'm beginning to crash and it's 3am...maybe I should say goodnight before I do crash!)

Don't look so surprised that I said I have to go to bed before you reminded me what time it is...

Um yes if you can finish us off, that would be lovely!

-I'll go check on them Sis, you sit there ok? *I don't wait for an answer and go into the shop. both the assistants are there*
-Hi remember me? *one smiles the other goes red in the face*
-Are our dresses ready? I'd like to take them if they are.
2nd assistant One moment please. *she goes out the back*
Trichelle Um, I'm sorry for how I behaved earlier, I didn't mean to offend you.

-You didn't offend me, but you did offend my sister. Each scar tells a story...none of them good. I, no, We would rather be scared than dead.
Trichelle Oh, when you put it that way....*she smiles*
2nd Here they are Miss...would you like me to help you out to the car?
-Yes please, my hands are full. Should I pay?
2nd It has all been taken care of, Trichelle, can you bring that one?
*We go out and the boot/trunk is popped and they put them in, it is quite full now.*
TrichelleMiss? it was an honor to meet you *holds out her hand*
*I shake it while leaning heavily on the crutches, It has been a long day and I'm tired, but I smile anyway*
Trichelle Will you be going back to the service when you are better?

-Yep, right back in the thick of it by this time next week I shouldn't wonder, all 3 of us will, or 2 of us, the other better be on her honeymoon. *they help me into the car, and Trichelle, stands and watches as we drive away.
Aang Well she sure changed her tune, what did you say to her?

-I have no idea!

(Hey sis Ok, all caught up now. Though im a bit tired from work & dozed off a bit. Haha)

*we drive back to the base, and I snooze on the way. When we get there we press gang 2 marines into helping to carry the parcels in from the boot.*
*in the gate room*
You think you bought enough there ladies?
Sparky I think I should have bought that other outfit

-A second pair of running shoes probably would have been a good idea
Aang there was that lovely coat...
No! Stop, no more, dial the gate quick!
Beck the flowers will, be arriving by 9.30am, day of the wedding.

-Yes, don't forget to bring them through with you.
I won't forget, just no more shopping talk!
*the gate is dialed, and we step through and our other packages are put through after us. We step out the other side, and our packages make soft thudding sounds as they come through and fall to the floor behind us*

*turns around & picks up my boxes, Aang & Sparky do the same*
-I've got yours sis *smiles at Dell & picks hers up as well*
Chuck: Need a hand there? Robert will you help them please, I can't leave my post
Robert: Sure *he comes over & takes some boxes from us* Just show me where you want them

*we look at each other*

-Can you just drop all this in the Carson quarters please? * we leave him and Sparky with everything, and go to Elizabeth's office*
I thought you would want to know...The rouge Marines breached security today and were able to get through the stargate.....we were unable to follow as they must have dialed the gate at the other end as soon as they were through, we couldn't get a lock.
Aang Was anyone hurt?
No, they had dialed and gone almost before we noticed...they knew what they were doing.
