Hey you're the trained sniper and you're brilliant with the bantos rods among other things, I can't say I'm any good at either of those. It's a wonder I don't get shot every time we go on a mission together. My talents are medicine and Jumper piloting, as well as a little old fashioned footwork when it comes to figuring things out. But Sis, I know if I were getting a job outside the city for sometimes days at a time, you would worry about me too. *I smile at her* Don't deny it.

Yes, should you accept this promotion, you would be second in command to the Carsons. They're our Chief Medical Officers at the moment, you would be next in command. It's a big job, but you've proven yourself over and over. You deserve it.

*minutes later, I walk back into our living room and look around at everyone, but I see Beck has been crying so I drop the certificate on the couch and go up to her*

Jae'a my dear, I almost never have plans of where a story is going to take me until I get there....if you don't believe me, just ask Aang...she was flying in the dark last night until she took over!
