There is never any reason for the stupid things to go off...they just do and it is a royal pain in the ass. At least this time I've got my room mate's car to sit in instead of freezing my butt off outdoors.

Damn just re-read it and saw a spelling mistake....he shook his shock off, he didn't shock it off

I hadn't even noticed that, however I did catch a spelling mistake in one of my posts earlier...Plane...Plain...I confused the two

Also I'm back inside on the laptop again. As usual, no fire. *eye roll*

The 3 things I grabbed off my bed to take outside with me: Laptop, iPhone and Cuddly Carson. I need to work on my priorities a little.

(Well I should have at least thought to take the chargers for the electronics, because a dead laptop & iPhone aren't useful And um, I forgot Cuddly Crysta...*face palm*)

*A-Carson and I are on duty in the infirmary when both of our comm links buzz to life*

Aang and A-Carson, I need you both to my office.

A- *he taps his comm link* Aye, we're on our way, 'Lizabeth. *he looks over to me* Come along Aang.

I'm coming, Love. *I finish the sprained ankle I am bandaging and tell the pretty young marine on the bed not to walk on it, before I follow A-Carson out of the infirmary*

*we enter Elizabeth's office a moment later*

Good. I have two missions that will require medical personnel. I'd like each of you to lead one. Aang, do you remember the planet that you went to with Sheppard's team, where most of the population was female and they were terrified of Sheppard and Ronon?

Yes I remember it well, Teyla and I ended up having to lead that one, Shep was not amused. *I smirk*

They contacted us this morning, it seems several of their children had picked up some kind of childhood illness and they require medical attention. I'm afraid when I mentioned sending a male doctor to treat them, they were not happy with the idea. I told them I'd send our best female doctor, and as of your last mission, that'd be you. I'd like you to pick someone to go with you for backup. Perhaps one of your sisters.

Yes, I think for this one, I'll take Dell along. She's a good shot with a gun if I need her, and I think Beck needs to stay here because Abby's home for a bit yet. *I nod*

Good, you'll go brief her then? And Carson, Sam is taking the Hammond out to collect one of our teams from a planet without a 'Gate on it. I've been told there are a few injuries that require the attention of a doctor and the doctor on the Hammond is on vacation time on Earth right now.

A- Aye, I'll go get ready. Aang, I'll pack ye a medical kit an' leave it in the infirmary for ye, go an' brief Dell on y'mission.

Alright, I will. See you when we return, my Love. *I lean up and kiss him quickly before running off to find Dell*

*when I do find Dell, I am pulling my lab coat off because I will need to wear BDUs instead*

Sis, we've got a mission. Just the two of us. That planet I went to with Shep's team, the one that was all female? They were scared silly of Shep and Ronon, remember? Well they need medical help and we can't send one of the Carsons and Jennifer is too new to Pegasus, so 'Liz is sending me. She told me to pick one other person to accompany me, to assist me and offer back up if I need it, and I'd like for you to come along with me.

-well sis I'm honored you thought of me first, when do we leave, I should probably let Shep know I'm going to be off world, hope he isn't going to make an issue of it.

I would like to know who else you think I would take with me on a mission? *I smile* But yes, I do think we should tell Shep. It's just a simple medical mission, shouldn't take me more than a few hours max to figure out what they've gone and caught and show them the proper treatment for it. I don't think he'll make an issue of it.

I am looking forward to it, but is scares the hell out of me too....and if it gets here it will be all over and I will be back home in no time!

I know how that feels, I was more & more scared the closer it got for me to go on my 2 month holiday alone in Europe! But it was FANTASTIC!

Well um. I suppose this Bunny was a bit more Carson's style than Mystery Lover would be.

But I love it Saving it in my folder labelled "My Love" on my hard drive so I can go back and read it again and again (I don't have a Kindle to put it on. )

Oh, i'd like a read of that if I'm aloud?

*we head down to the gun range, and can tell Shep is loosing patients with his newbies*

For Gods sack man my dead grandmother could do better than you! *he looks up and sees us* in fact I bet one these girls could do better than you! *looks at me* Hey you, come and see if you can hit the target?

-Well Ok then *look at Aang and wink, this isn't the first time we have played this game. I go over and take the big weapon and pretend to almost drop it, then make a play of holding it right, then aim it at the target and pull the trigger. When the target is pulled forward you can see I drew a smilie face with the bullets.*

See! *he says to the sunned new soldiers.*
How are you love, what brings you down here? *leans in a gives me a quick kiss, the stunned boys are even more stunned now*

-Aang and I have a medical mission off world, shouldn't take to long, but thought I better let you know.

-I am, I'm told I'm a pretty good shot.

*I brace myself, set my jaw and look up at Shep. I know that if I waver at all, or lose my confidence, then I will not be allowed to take Dell off world with me*

Shep, you should remember that planet with the mostly female population. Remember how they hid from you and Ronon? Well some kids there have come down with some kind of illness and they requested medical help. I am being sent to look after them because they would not take well to the Carsons even if those two are really sweethearts. Liz asked me to pick someone as my backup, just one person since it should only be a few hours' mission and there SHOULD be no threat. I chose Dell to come along with me. I will be bringing my own gun as well, just to be safe, I won't let her get hurt. I promise you that, Shep.
