Might not be too bad considering the original story DOES have a Carson character...so I could probably blend the two without too much pain

So I took that "Why Carson Doesn't Spar" idea from the other day. I wrote a fiction for it, but Carson sorta took it out of my hands and ran his own direction with it. Heh If you ever want to read it...I am sort of proud of it though, I'm proud of just how sort of dramatic it ended up sounding, but it ends up being so simple. Heh.

Quite alright, my best friend will be pleased to know I got some writing done on my original story tonight as she's been waiting a while for me to get around to it and my sudden addiction to fanfics had me pushing it off a bit

They better be, they are the only things I can finish!

I know that, and you know that. My best friend has a wee bit of an aversion to Fics because she had a rather rough experience with one. I've talked her into giving it another try, but she's still working on understanding why I write fictions.

I'm writing in my main fanfic and my original story right now and I keep getting them crossed

That's a problem I've had too. I sometimes get my original works crossed with the fanfics. I also sometimes cross original characters by accident in my fanfics. But I've never posted them with the crosses. I have some *very* good beta readers that catch what I miss!

I know I didn't want to be known as writing them at one stage because when I went to the Con there was a girl (who looked a bit rough, it would fair to say)Ask the guy from Smallville if he had ever read any of the fanfics, then went on to say they were all basically porn.
Well I have managed to read a good number now, and Only 2 had sex scenes, and of them only one scared the hell outta me....I didn't get far, as soon as I realized that was where Rodney and Shep were headed I got out of there fast, and you talked me down off the roof!

I didn't actually *write* that sex scene! It was another writer to whom I gave some parameters to. Also, at that point in writing the story, I was getting garbage about being overly paranoid about the M rating. So, I may have told the writer to go into a little more detail than I originally had planned.

Also, that's probably going to be the only scene of that nature in TWGO. So you're safe.

Well I haven't gotten anything critical crossed yet, I usually catch it because I have the stories in two very different page-formats so I can look and go "Whoops, wrong one!"

All my stories are in the same format, just in different fonts usually.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the bits FG sends me....never met her characters away from the bedroom, but they are the normal type of pairing, and they are characters I don't know from shows.

Ok Sparky I will stop holding you to account for it, and read the rest happily. BTW, I kind of skimmed over that part...from the moment the black lace was mentioned until they were done, so I can't actually say how much detail was there!
I have to say though, in my one that I finished the first draft of last week, I have two of them, but I don't go in for detail, I set the scene, and leave the rest for the reader to make up.
