She was actually the reason I never wanted to watch Sanctuary. I'd seen all of SG-1, Carter being my favorite, and when I saw Amanda with the brown hair, I rebelled so hard. Flat refused to watch Sanctuary. I thought I'd last forever and never see an episode in my life...until I found that Pauly has a part in it. That's all it took to make me go back on my word and start watching...and I'm slightly hooked...Lol!

Hi gang! I bought the first season of Sanctuary on Dvd a few weeks ago, but haven't gotten into it yet...only seen about half or the first show...it's her fake british accent that I'm having problems with.

e/ I won't lie, sometimes I think I could do a better British accent than Amanda. I mean she gets a little better later on in the series but I admit it irks me too xD I'm ignoring her accent though.Comment

One, with me its a two way tie between Sheppard and Carson most of the time. There are days where it goes one way or the other. ...I may watch Sanctuary but it will never take the place of my Stargate. Stargate (SG-1 and SGA) has a very special place in my heart, nothing will ever replace it. It's the one show my dad and I can sit and watch for several hours straight together. The question "what should we watch?" never comes up with us, it's always "Hey let's put on some 'Gate!" "Okay, which one?"
