It says on the Wikipedia episodes list for V, that Fruition will air in the US on 11th of May. For that episode the brief synopsis includes this:

Erica and the team look for a scientist who may have created a weapon that the Visitors fear.

I reckon that scientist must be our Pauly! So he's up to his old tricks of developing weapons against aliens. I like it.
