He just likes that coat! I noticed it in several photos too.
Just shows he has favourite clothes, and doesn't have to buy all the latest cool stuff. I like a man who has favourite comfy clothes.

Indeed, in fact, I point-blank refuse to call him a "celebrity" (I don't really like that word anyway) - because to me he's just a human being like the rest of us, who just happens to be extremely talented and an all round great guy! Ok so I'm pointing out the blindingly obvious there, but I had to say it. Celebrity, schmelebrity...he's way better than that!!

(I'd also like to say that I don't idolise him - he's merely another human who I happen to respect...and fancy. A LOT. Someone who I'd love to talk about lots of random, normal stuff with...like his favourite TV, films and music, ordinary stuff like that. *Idea* I'd give him one of those survey things - like the one I posted in here a while back - to fill in, because I'd love to read his answers!)

Actually, most of them are, to be honest!
The most down to earth people you will ever meet! And totally easy to talk to!

Paul might make me a bit flustered to start with if I met him, because I'm usually like that whenever I've been around guys I've fancied in the past! It's worse when they flirt, I go all girlie and blush (and smile, of course).

ah i totally agree. altho ive never met any of them *sadnesss* i can tell just by the interviews and interactions you lot have had they are like that. All of the bands i listen to are the same way. after concerts i'll be telling my friends how i was just hanging around and chatting with various band members and my friends are always like "wow, how do you get so lucky?? you have huge stones to just go up and talk to the band!!" and i always have to explain that the bands i listen to are just regular people too, hence i love them

Yeah, I have favorite bands that are like that, too. The problem is that often times they have to pack up really fast after a concert and get back on the road for their next concert, so they don't have time to hang out. The bands frequently featured on K-Love make up for that by inviting people to go on mission trips or tours with them. Casting Crowns, for instance, loves inviting fans to join them for community service projects.
I'd love to meet Steven Curtis Chapman (the man who wrote the song "Cinderella"). I'm listening to the title song of his album right now, and it's great! "Out of these ashes beauty will rise, and we will dance among the ruins; we will SEE it with our own eyes." Now there's a man who appreciates his fans, especially since most of them sent him e-mails and letters last year after they lost their little girl saying that they were praying for his family.

I probably wouldn't show how excited I would be if I met him, so long as he just spoke in his regular Canadian voice. But I'd get all tongue-tied if he started speaking to me in that Scottish accent. Or I just wouldn't say anything; I'd just let him talk like that and listen blissfully.

i would probably spazz out right up until when i was actually with him then id be all calm and normal...well unless he spoke with that ever soo sexy scottish accent *swoons at the thought* ugh then id probably do something...a wee bit rash
