LOL, I think there's just wayyyyy too many people at Dragon*Con. I can't imagine what it's like going to a convention with over 100,000 people in attendance, but I'm sure it's crazy! LOL, even so, I'm in need of another Pauly fix, so anybody who can provide pictures will have my eternal gratitude.

I've never been lucky enough to go to a con..... A crowd that big would make it a bit too impersonal, wouldn't some rooms get too crowded for everyone to get into when certain stars are doing their thing?

The next time there's a convention in Scotland that Paul's going to be at, then I'm there!! (Or at least, I'll try to be). I'd like to go to a convention anyway as I've never been to one yet and I'm a sci-fi geek so I really should get a move on and go to one

I like to think I'd be capable of squeaking out a few words in Paul's presence, a few of them asking for a hug

And the fact those who've met Paul all compliment the man for his kindness and infectious great attitude...even more GUH!!. he looks like such a sweetheart and he is! When I was getting my Dog's Breakfast poster signed by him he asked my name even though they had said him and Joe weren't going to personalize items. (funny aside: before he actually signed it, Paul pretended to sign his name over David H's forehead )

Completely agree, it's his eyes that attracted me to him in the first place then I clocked the rest of him too...once I found out that he had a great personality that was it, I was hooked! Now I can't stop thinking about him, and since I don't have a boyfriend I can think about him all I want without annoying anyone

Sorry I was unable to check in during the weekend but I did not want to pay for internet service at the hotel... Just got home this afternoon...and Postie did as well.... We had a great time....

Yes of course we treated them nicely and only have nice things to say about them. .. They are really so much fun and have as much fun if not more than the fans.

It is an extremely large crowd however I find it to be the opposite .... most of the larger panels are held in large ballrooms... sometimes they do fill to capacity but I have always been there early enough to get in and sometimes with first few rows of seats...other times not so close but that's what the zoom on my camera is great.

The lines to get in can be long and take up time but I also find it a place to meet other fans and make new friends. As far as autographs-- you mostly do get the time to talk to them depending on how many folks are there ... as long as they are not extremely busy .. even then I don't really feel too rushed. I have found they are usually more than happy to just chat with fans. In fact today I got back in line just to say bye to Paul and wish him well before we left.

I had much fun with the photo ops this year... but I went all out and got as many as I wanted... complete with costume changes which Postie helped me out with.. every time I got back in line....lol for the Paul, Joe and Paul/Joe duo shots.
