My grandma suddenly died last week, it's been a mercy though because she had been very ill and dependent on lifesupport for over three years now. Nevertheless, our Mom was completely in shock and felt guilty for not being at her side when she passed away. So twinchy and I rushed off home in a hurry. But since our granny died only three days before our 30th birthday, we not only had to arrange the funeral but also undo all birthday party arrangements. And our parents made sure that the funeral wasn't on our birthday. Unfortunately, our minister, who had been very good friends with our grandma, wasn't available for the day after that, but we managed to put it two days after.

I'm going to really catch up and inflict my two cents on you a bit later. At the moment I'm simply in need of a few gorgeous Beckett pics because I haven't been online in almost a week now and I'm terribly on thunk depriviation!

Firstly, I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandma, twinny (and twinchy) my deepest sympathy and condolences. *hugs* At least she's in a better place now and free from all the pain and suffering of this world. My prayers go out to you and your family.

Secondly, a umm...Belated Happy 30th Birthday to both you and twinchy. I hope there was something smallishly happy about it despite what had happened.
