I know what you mean Blen I have thought of renting out my house through a rental agency (that way I don't have to deal with repairs or renters) but the thought of packing up everything and I changed my mind fast

when you move every 6 months - 4 years or so, you get used to getting rid of stuff quickly. It is by no means fun, but you do what you got to do.
