Yeah, coming to think about it now, I think she's more carefree than OOC, but it's only my opinion.I understand though that some people think she was OOC. I can't help but loved the scene with Carson and esp the 'shut up' part.
Otherwise, the scene with Mike where she tells him she can't date him was totally in character IMO.

Carson's funeral really wasn't. Which is one big reason this episode irritated me so much. Writing that inconsistent being brushed off as "omg! but, but, it's her day off! of course she'd be like that!" - that does not wash with me. Or many other people, from all I've seen on LJ. She didn't act like that any other time we've seen her off duty, ever. Except when she was possessed by Phoebus, and clearly that wasn't even her.

So no, I simply don't buy it. At all.
