I couldn't get through "Black Market" on BSG. Turned it off after 20 minutes. I love BSG, but now and then they toss in a real stinker.

Although Collateral Damage was technically kirking, it was an important part of a serious plot. She wasn't an airhead bimbo stripping her clothes off for an intergalactic babe magnet. I was channel surfing recently and saw the trailer for The Tower.*barfs* They have yet to put Sheppard in a romantic situation that didn't make me cringe. TPTB said they wanted Sheppard to be Capt. Kirk. I really hope they change their minds and try to redeem Sheppard, because seeing that trailer made me dislike him again.

Another thing that has been bugging me was that scene in Inferno after the tremor when Sheppard grabs the airhead "scientist" and stares at her chest in amazement. WTF was that about?

Keep watching BSG - that episode was incredibly bad. Overall the show is very good. There is romance, but at least it is incorporated well into the story arcs. It isn't there just for hot GF-of-the-week, and there are ramifications for your actions!

Dreadful episode. Too bad you happened to come across it first. Don't let it put you off though, BSG really is an awesome show, and that was just an uncharacteristically bad episode. Scar is the only other stinker I can really think of.

I heard about Cam/Lam when BB and Lexa were first hired, but then there was no trace of it in season 9 (thank the Gods). Keeping my fingers (and everything else) crossed that TPTB don't dig it up again.

Got Black Market last week, hated it. The only BSG episode that I hate.....It was so OOC- it was Apolloingly bad.....
