Last year he spent more time in 4400, he was in at least 3/4 of them which left only half a dozen or so episode of Atlantis for him to be in, this year it looks like Atlantis got him first

yay, i don't watch 4400 because it got cancelled here in australia and it wasn't a really extremly super good show to waste time tracking it down

in First Strike hes leading a squadron of F302's from the Daedalus to pull an asteroid into the path of the Asuran red beam of death to give Atlantis enough time to get out of the atmosphere
