No, there is in fighting about that, lol but I think Kavan is from Canada so it is funny. I say Cali but he has a steer tat on his arm so another person who I won't mention says Texas! lol
Texas could mean the Southwest, it doesn't have to mean Texas. I'll have to do some more research on it, eventually, but I have something more important to concentrate on right now. Lorne related, of course.

I believe I read somewhere that he is Canadian. Which would explain why he is in shows that are filmed in Vancouver.
Yep, that's right. But there are steer ranches in Cali too so Marcus can be from here, he is cool!
ok, two thoughts.. maybe it has nothing to do with ranching and its a Taurus sign/symbol... And his accent is too northern, maybe lorne can be from the NorthEast... (like me... PA, NJ, NY..)

No actually, Kavan's an American and for that matter so is Marcus. As to where Kavan or Marcus are from (state-wise) I think we're still undecided
Tatanka, the great buffalo, thundered across the Great Plains and was the most powerful animal faced by hunters. Standing as a symbol of the Great Spirit's wisdom and generosity to the Plains Indian, Tatanka provided food, clothing, tools, medicine and shelter. Believed to be directly related to the Great Spirit, it was a natural symbol of the Universe. Buffalo skulls were central in sacred ceremonies and represented the Buffalo People who brought the first sacred pipe to the Plains Indians and taught them the sacred rites that would let them survive. From the earliest arrival of Europeans in the Great West, buffalo skulls have been found in great circles on the open prairies, vestiges of rites held long ago. *snip*
The buffalo skull represents spiritual and physical fulfillment and good health. By wearing this symbol you seek these attributes.
OrangeSwirl dang. That is one seriously excellent sig.
All the pretties, in a row. *sniffsniff*
So, a certain somebody told me that I was not the only one drooling over Major Lorne and told me all 'bout you guys. So, of course, I had to run over and roll around in the wondermousness of Kavan Smith.
I do so hope the upcoming eps have a little McKay/Lorne snarkage. It's my most favorite part of Runner. Except for the Ford/Mckay snark.
I support the home team.
The Eye of Botox has been formally recognized by the System Lords! Beware my fire-y wrath!!

But a steer is a symbol of Texas. It's the state large mammal.

A steer is male cattle. A buffalo is a wild animal who roams the northwest. See a difference?
