Major Lorne/Kavan Smith Thunk Thread

Watched (and watching the encore) a movie that if they ever did a remake (without messing with the story too much) that would probably be a good one to see Kavan in. It's called "Somewhere in Time" . Set in 1912 and filmed at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island (awesome place, btw!). Originally with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour.

I was at work one day and saw a small blue pill sitting on the counter, but thought nothing of it. Then when it was slow a co-worker picked it up and showed it to me. It had 'VGR' written on it...

we couldn't stop laughing 'cause we had no idea how it got in the restraunt.

Oooh that's on my 'to read' list. I read most of Ms. Moaning's Highlander series and I've wanted to pick up her Fever series, I'm just waiting for more books to be out so when I start reading I can at least read a few. I love paranormal romances

And a small note to Nici, I know you called for artwork for KSF - I just wanted to say I haven't forgotten, I'm trying to get together stuff from my external.

I know what you mean. I've read all but the first book in the Highlander series (can't find it) and the first 2 in the Fever series. I know that she put out a third for the Fever series, but it hasn't come out in paperback and I refuse to pay for hardcovers, they cost too much and I read so much I've got to keep costs down. But I really hate waiting for the story to continue.

I need a fly by in here for a rest...sorting out my car for it's MOT tomorrow. Don't know why I feel the need to clean it in the drizzle..but I do! I'm sure the mechanics don't even notice!
