Major 'Coup D'Etat' spoilers and speculation...

Okay, I was looking closer at the spoilers for CD because I was wondering why the Genii would want to capture Lorne's team. Then it hit me. The Genii still want to hit the Wraith with the nukes and they plan to use Jumpers to do it but they need someone with the Ancient Gene to opperate them on their kamikaze missions. THAT'S where Lorne comes in. We know he has the ATA Gene and the Genii want to use it. It also explains why they don't just kill Shep right off and capture him instead. Well, an excuse anyway.
