The Last Man- the city covered in Sand, abandoned. Daedalus Variations- The Orc-Borg things, the Sun, the Universe-Drive itself Vegas- The music, the sheer normality of it all, besides the Wraith. Seemed more X-Files/ Fringe. The reference back to SG-1's There But For the Grace of God, where an AU sends a message to our Universe, but this time for ill-intent.
- Rising: When colonel Sumner silently begs Sheppard to shoot him & Atlantis surfacing.
- Before I Sleep: Janus trying to convince the council & the final scenes between Weir and Janus.
- Michael: When Michael realises he is a Wraith.
- Sunday: McKay & Beckett on the pier.
- First Strike: Attack with Horizon on Asuras.
- Lifeline: Weir holding Oberon.
- This Mortal Coil: Final conversation of duplicate Weir with Asuran Kellar.
- Be All My Sins Remembered: The conversations with FRAN, and the space battle.
