How many unexplored sectors have on the Atlantis?
I have a question: how many unexplored sectors Atlantis have? Just interesting to know is there have sectors which was not explored and which include dangerous weapons or technology of ancients. What do you think?

Unknown as that concept exists at the discretion of whatever the writers want to do in the following episodes. But from dialogue here and there, they haven't fully explored the city as much of it is still unknown. -
As of season 3 they had explored a bit over half of the city:

Just over half now. But we have the city schematics, so we have a fairly good idea of what's where. Still, there are entire sections of the city and whole systems we don't even pretend to understand.
I do not recall them providing an update in later episodes.Comment

If we had additional seasons, they probably would have explored more of the city. Maybe even the entire city.????♀️Comment
