I just watched Tracker yesterday

I always wished Kiryk could've gone back to Atlantis at the end of Tracker. I liked the character and Mike Dupod is very pleasant to look at. I'm so glad hes in SGU and I hope Varro stays on for a long time.

Yay, hopefully it really is from that far into the season; I'm really liking Varro. I recently(maybe a week ago) saw a tweet by James Bamford to Mike Dupod saying that he did a great job on the set that day so thats a good sign that hes still around.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, Varro and Vartann (sp?) are twin brothers. The Russian colonel and Kiryk are just their doppelgangers.
