On a large budget feature, if you are lucky, they will give you a couple of months to come up with everything, talk about it some more, rehearse, go back to the drawing board, talk some more, rehearse some more, talk some more, rehearse some more.....talk, film a rehearsal to show the director, talk some more, rehearse some more, film the rehearsal again to show the director the changes, talk some more, rehearse some more, film again and show the changes, and then.....if you are really lucky.....he will like what you did and you can rehearse with the actors for however long the schedule allows....a day, a week, a month.....and then....maybe.....you get to put something on film.
so alot of talking huh!!..the only thing remotely like a jerk suit(very remote!!) ive experienced was a viper banda belt harness with bungee cord)...used for some sparring drills and plyometris stuff and both feet came off the ground and i went flying backwards and somehow went into a backflip/roll/mess....great fun!!apart from spraining a wrist.

oh and I thoroughly recommend 'Bobby' and 'Apocalypto'

Apocalypto is interesting, and if you read the history of that culture, the story was pretty realistic. Bloody, but realistic. And not a time in history when I would have liked to live.

Question. You don't eat dairy products. Does that make pizza a bit odd for you? And what do you do about foods that have milk in them, like some cakes, many sauces, many Italian dishes...?
Pizza? Not a chance. Pizza = a big gut! You guessed it.....no dairy means no dairy. Once your body has become adjusted.....it feels way better by the way.......you can have it once in awhile.....not often......once in awhile.

Too many flashy gadgets and cringy one-liners and not enough gritty action. Daniel Craig was a refreshing change and I really enjoyed Casino Royale.

Do you have MySpace as well?
I have refused sooooooooooooooooo many invites to myspace......I got on there for 20 seconds or so and just ran away screaming!

I prefer more time to develope my ideas.......we are very limited by time on TV so......what we could give you with the talent we have on this show....actors, VFX, SFX, everything would be that much more!!

Q: So this means that you never sit down with a bowl of pop corn and just watch the whole episode, not just the fight scene?
I don't have the time to do the popcorn thing, no. I go through and make sure all of what we tried to accomplish has been done and hopefully, I am happy with it. If I'm not,....I will think about it forever!!

There is going to be a nice dent in my wall where I have been hitting it with my head, instead of consuming milk. I've started short jogging during my winded walks, by the way. I'm out walking for a minimum of 45 minutes.
