A Guide to Atlantis City: Sanctuary for Everyone

There are four different bars, catering for every taste. Friday and Saturday nights, they have live bands playing. Ares has recently added two conference rooms and two breakfast bars. His clients range for the working class to the mega rich. Residents of Atlantis and Astraea are considered VIP costumers.



If you become a member of the Saints and Sinner's club, you have access to the two private bars and back rooms. These back rooms come with extra entertainment if requested. (Click Banner for pictures)

Both Ares and Frankie have apartments within the building. Ares' is the top fall apartment and Frankie has an apartment on the first floor.

Only fifteen minutes from the Eiffel Tower, this luxurious apartment has been tastefully decorated (they hired someone). Adam and his wife like to use the apartment when in Paris, whether alone or with family. It was General O'Neill who insisted on the special 'extra' security system that was installed by Atlantis security and Mac, to protect not only Adam and Karlin but any guests invited. The apartment has a special beam out protocol for emergencies, a shield and unbeknown to anyone else in the building, it has its own power supply - provided also by Mac's team. Here both Adam and Karlin or any of their family and friends can feel safe.

Haven Hideaways



Adam knew after the incident at the Manor house at Haven, that going back there were be difficult for his wife, so he asked General O'Neill if one of the new Haven Hideaways could be for himself and Karlin. It was agreed too and after construction was completed, and with the help of Benjamin and Duncan, Adam got the hideaway decorated and furnished the way he and Karlin would both like it. He then arranged for the surprise revealing, which lead to an enjoyable weekend. Their house is one of many that have been built near a community park, the hideaways are only a short walk from the main Manor house and stables.

Duncan has been wanting somewhere to relax and get away from it all for a while. Finally he chose one of the Haven Hideaways. He put his own special touches to it with the help of his friends. Now he can either have a quiet getaway or invite friends or someone special to relax with him.
It is only a short walk to the a community park and the main Manor house and stables.

Sanctuary Hideaways

Sanctuary Hideaways were constructed as bungalows or villas, they are in a secluded part of Haven. Designed as a romantic location for relaxation and other private actives.
Privacy is important with this accommodation, there are private staff to look after all three bungalows and villas and to cater for the needs of the visitors.

We figured we needed some kind of order for the chaotic little worlds we have created - and a little something to help out our new friends - so here are some simple rules to follow that including all affiliated threads:

1. THESE ARE PRIMARILY ROLE PLAY STORY'S, SO COOPERATION BETWEEN WRITERS IS NECESSARY! We're here to have fun - don't make things hard for your fellow posters!
   
   
2. READ BEFORE YOU POST!!! This is to keep a resemblance of continuity. (You don't have to read from the beginning, a few pages will help you)
   
   
3. We have an ESTABLISHED FORMAT. There is obviously no way we can enforce this but cooperation is appreciated - we like to keep it neat and easy to follow.
   
   
4. Locations are enclosed with italics and followed by an ellipsis ...
   
   
5. *Actions* are enclosed with asterisks **
   
   
6. FONT COLOUR is used for clones and original characters. (It also makes reading easier - please note: some colours are hard to read)
   
   
7. Pictures for clones: though optional, it is appreciated, particularly in posts involving more than one clone, to help identify who is who, and of course, in many cases, we enjoy the thunk!

12. Bio pictures are requested to be approximately 300x225 pixels (no larger then 600x450 pixels) please. Clone pictures are requested to be no larger then 500 pixels in height.
    
    
13. Though primarily STARGATE SG-1/STARGATE ATLANTIS GENRE, characters from other TV shows are welcome. Nevertheless, remember when playing it Atlantis City, it is a city of the Ancients. There are rules that need to be followed (see city rules).
    
    
14. Killing another writer's character is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN without the author's permission! Ascension is not unheard off. Neither is descending. You are allowed to do this, as long as you have permission if it isn't your character.

14. Haven and Valhalla Biosphere's are for everyone's use. (Both have a manor house, pool, park, lakes, and golf courses. Haven Hideaways are private homes of personnel.

Avalon is an Ancient biosphere that has been hidden for centuries, found by two of Atlantis' black ops teams. An expedition to explore Avalon was given the go a head.

To get their revenge, the raiding party killed their 'daughter' who at the time was already a powerful witch and healer in their village. Her mother was also her first teacher.
Sarra has seen many things and been known by many names. She was at Avalon in the 14th century, being known as Morgan Le Fay, King Arthur's half sister.
She has a tattoo of a pentagram with a sword struck through it on her shoulder. She enjoys having a cold beer from time to time as well as spending time with her friends and family. She knew that she would be going to Avalon when it was found and is glad that she no longer has to hide who and what she is.

When her first death happened, she was to be married to a man she had been betrothed to. However, it wasn't meant to be. Her village was attacked by a neighboring village, bent on revenge, believing Jana's mother had cursed them. Jana's instincts took over as she threw herself in front of her mother. She died by the sword, reviving in an unfamiliar place with kind woman looking down at her. The woman was an immortal named Sarra, who explained to Jana what she was and what had happened. Sarra has been a huge part of her life first as a friend and later as a mentor after her adoptive parents had been killed in a car crash. Their last words to Sarra was to watch over their daughter.
