    Congratulations, boys!
They have a best gay kiss category? Although I admit to watching very little TV these days... were there many gay kisses in TV land this year?

I know Brothers and Sisters have had a few and a some soaps get 'gay' action but were there that many?

            Fic Rec

O.K. This fic is so lovely, so beautifuly written that I absolutely had to rec it here. I have re-read it 3 times in 3 days (which is recomendation in itself )

If you resist going through the author's notes and warnings, the main twist in the story gathers much more powerful punch. Rating's 15, though why I do not know as there's no sex. (so no nasty surprise like torture or mpreg awaiting you there ) The fic is not long, about 2,200 words, so give it a try. It's really worth it.

The Time Traveller's Husband by leofuller
            Pairing: Jack/Ianto
Rating: 15 for content (WTF?, there's no sex, no violence and no swearing if memory serves right)
            Summary: Jack’s immortal. Ianto isn’t.
            Word Count: 2229

spoilers for the The Time Traveller’s Husband by leofuller
                          Spoiler:

I have never read Audrey Niffenegger’s “The Time Traveller’s Wife” so I don't know how much of the fic is "borrowed" from there. Nevertheless I found leofuller's story really touching for lack of the better word.

In the beginning I really believed that Ianto
                          Spoiler:
was cheating on Jack and was going to lie about it. So the time-travelling twist was a pleasant surprise for me.

                            Spoiler:
judging from the title i figured he was seeing a different version of jack, i just didn't realise how long it had been going on!

the book is really nice; not a lot was "borrowed", just the basic plot i'd say

I might look for the book in our local library.
