Sorry to everyone having computer problems, I always fear my laptop will die & I'll lose my iTunes purchases.

I enjoyed that Teslen fic, even if it was dark & had a not so happy ending.

FromOutside, please don't ever feel like you're whining. If the trouble you have in trying to write in English is getting you down then it is a real problem. It's never nothing if it means something to you.

On topic I really hate that we won't get any new Teslen material, I end up making myself feel better by watching Teslen episodes.

I can't pick a favourite because I love all the interactions between them, but I loved how they had so much material together in 'Awakening'. Then there's the fact that Helen did the romantic equivalent of lifting a car of her child by breaking through Afeena' tomb to get her blood for Nikola.

She couldn't have known the situation would deteriorate as it did. If she knew, I don't think she would have done what she did (unless she knew the outcome too, ofc). After all she was ready to sacrifice Ashely to save Sanctuary network. Nikola versus the world free of vampiric takeover by Afina... I'm fairly certain it would be the end for Nikki.

Otherwise, I agree Helen's reaction demonstrated how important Nikola is for her. If the love is deep friendship or romantic... I think love is in the eye of the shipper

Sparky, I don't usually go for OC stories. When OCs have a major roles to play (as allies), they tend to
change character relationships in a way I don't generally go for, and the stories often focus on the relationships in a way I am not that interested in.

I don't have issues for OC characters when they are not main characters... Actually I think that if canon was ff, Coates would have been an OC who played her part well: little screen time but heavy implications of stuff that was never confirmed or denied. Her presence was more about what is than the change that might be.

Though I love all the interaction between them I really enjoy 'Awakening' just for that moment when she asks him how long he can hold on. *Swoon*
