I doubt it. We know she saw him in 1901 even though she wasn't supposed to. I'm sure she saw him more than just that one time but I doubt she slept with him otherwise she would've seriously affected the timeline and changed it even more that she already had.

Good question. Well firstly, John isn't dead. We wouldn't have killed him off. We were coming up with ideas on how we would bring him back etc. He is too much of a fabulous character to kill off. We did that with Ashley AND LOOK HOW THAT BACKFIRED. It's so hard with Helen and John because they are so clearly still in love with each other and it's a really passionate relationship. They have this child and that brings them closer. THEY GOT ENGAGED FOR GODS SAKE. and then she got with Watson. She is a bit of a whore. A bit of a PLAYAAA. We were definitely going to look into their relationship in season 5 and I think something would have happened again and we were talking about getting them back together. Especially after 'Haunted' when we got a glimpse of him and we figured out why he was the way he was. But yes. They aren't over. "

Where is that quoted part from? I mean, from a panel in convention, or interview or somewhere else? The language doesn't sound like it is from a convention, but then, what do I know about US/UK conventions

Personally I think Helen saved John after the time warp, maybe with Praxian technology, maybe in a way that was supposed to 'cure' him. Or maybe she somehow froze him, so that he wouldn't kill but wouldn't be dead either... Or the loneliness just got better of her and she saved him knowing he might kill again.

Old loves die hard and all that... I think, if John was alive, Helen faced a difficult choice. She is a complicated woman, and, I think, the love she feels for John and Nikola are very different kind of love. With John it is burning passion, with Nikola it is a patient but fragile thing, something that needs time and care to grow and flourish.

When Helen began the time warp, she sounded like she was done with John for real but I'm fairly certain she has been done with him many times before. It is the same thing she does with Will. "No lies." "Oops, I lied. No more lies, promise." "Hmm, that was just a small lie... I promise, it is the last one..."

Is not the last lie or half-truth, and it will never be.

If John was to get her, I think she'd go with him, at this point, if the situation worked for him. After he was electrocuted, well, if he survived, the elemental would be asleep for a while, maybe even gone. That, and John recovering from serious wounds he got to make things right for Helen... It is difficult to see situation that would work better for John than this.

I can imagine Nikola not liking it, which makes things even more interesting. He has been awfully tame lately, we haven't seen much taking over the world. Maybe John would push him back to schemes we love him for
