Oh, I just wrote these haiku poems five minutes ago...enjoy

the light in your eyes,
a most spectacular sunset,
I could watch forever.

your smile awakens me,
your eyes make me come alive,
transformed by your love.

words I cannot say,
always seem frozen in fear,
let love break its hold.

please take my hand now,
their warmth will emit love and safety,
holding you so close.

I made it where you could read it as one whole poem or you can break it into four haikus...very unique..but I like thinking outside of the box....and here is another one that I did...although it's not really Teslen..

it's just a piece of paper,
yet it holds so much more than words,
a thousand dreams and hopes,
a smile created by simple black print,
on it is just a picture,
yet it holds more than an image,
a lifetime of memories and hugs that could be shared,
it's just an impossible dream,
yet it is a chance for someone's happiness.

This one is a haiku...this is more Teslen than the one above


your eyes know my heart,
your smile takes my breath away,
your voice speaks of love.

this next one was for my best friend...she was moving and I was heartbroken..so I wrote this

What is a friend? A friend is...
stuffed animals exchanged with outstretched arms and a smile,
playing in sandboxes and imagining we were orphans,
having someone to play dress up and take pictures with,
summer pool parties and shouting Marco Polo,
telling ghost stories late at night with blankets and flashlights,
sleepovers and singing aloud to our favorite songs,
putting on plays in the middle of the living room,
days spent at the beach,
walks taken together ,
candles blown out as we all made wishes,
writing stories and sharing them ,
giggles secretly shared,
nicknames and inside jokes,
tears cried together of sadness or joy,
holiday parties and graduations,
going shopping and trips to Barnes and Noble,
going to movies and discussing them wildly in the car,
having disagreements and resolving them,
talking on the phone in the middle of the night,
looking through old dusty photo boxes and remembering every moment ,
packing bags and saying good-bye,
seeing or hearing something that reminds you of them,
being together although we are apart,
This is what it means to be a friend.

I just love to write poetry..it's like breathing air to me...it's a hidden symphony and you just have to find the right keys to make it sing..it's a language all to it's own..it allows me to express my feelings and thoughts that I could not otherwise...being such an emotionally guarded person...it transforms me and transcends me...sorry for the rant..I'm just passionate about it LOL

I know what you mean. I used to write poetry but now I just stick to long stories. Those are like breathing to me (:

Glitch,I write song lyrics on occasion too and a couple of pages back I think I posted some here..and I have written songfics using my own lyrics as well...I would love to have my stuff published...but that will probably never happen for me *shrugs*

Aurora - It's ok x3 Only good poems can hit your heart like that, so it's a compliment! I always kinda felt guilty but secretly felt good when something I wrote would make my grandma cry lol
And I was able to finish the video~ It's not a happy ending, but it's real so I suppose it's ok ^^; I'll upload in a day or so.

Cekay - Yea, I use photoshop elements, which I got with my tablet. Background effects are easy, just slip a layer below the layers that hold their faces (: I use brushes from DA for that.

-must learn how to do that

Aurora I'm sorry your not feeling so hot atm, when my brother went away to america last year for 5 months I felt SO lonely.. all the silly conversations, all the little details only he would understand.. I missed him SO much. But really it gets easier and with the internet and webcams etc its not too hard to keep in contact! the time will pass by faster than you think.
